The primary goal of Counseling Services at Emory & Henry is to improve students’ resilience and ability to cope with life’s challenges, empowering them with the tools they need to navigate personal growth and development.

Counseling Services at Emory & Henry acknowledge and celebrate diversity in its many forms, including but not limited to ability, age, ethnic and cultural identity, language, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, race, religion and language. We are committed to providing rapid access to counseling, ongoing personal counseling sessions, and training and consultations to the larger Emory & Henry community.

Counseling is free and confidential. There is no cap on the number of sessions; however, services are primarily short-term. When appropriate, Counseling Services may refer students to off campus resources. Learn more about our approach to therapy, what we can and cannot treat in the campus counseling center, and community and virtual referrals on our eligibility and referrals page.

Call, stop by our office in 220 Wiley Hall or in Marion in Suite B 136, or complete our online referral form to schedule a consultation with a mental health professional.
