University Transition Form

Complete this form to order new materials with Emory & Henry University. All departments should plan to phase out materials with College as previously communicated. No materials with College should be used after July 31.

Once the form is completed, you will receive further instructions, a timeline, and pricing for the requested items. Your information will be entered into the requested material, and you will receive a proof and be able to make any necessary changes.

For budgeting purposes, please see this document with pricing estimations.
