Sierra Noble plans to become an Applied Behavior Analyst.
Our Emory & Henry seniors are preparing to graduate and change the world.
Sierra Noble, from Norton, Va., will graduate in May 2021 with a degree in Biology and specializations in Sociology and Psychology.
“My time at Emory & Henry has taught me that it is good to have plans, but it is also okay for those plans to change, as long as I am continuing to work towards reaching my full potential,” says Noble. “Thanks to E&H I know that I can overcome any obstacle thrown my way, on my own but especially when I have a strong team of supporters behind me. It has taught me how to think outside of the box, and use critical thinking to solve challenges I may face everyday. E&H gave me the knowledge and support I needed to be confident in my abilities to tackle the real world.”
On campus, Noble was involved with Alpha Beta Chi, Sigma Iota, and a Bonner Scholar.
“Dr. Fleet & Dr. Gaia are two professors that had a big impact on me while at Emory & Henry,” says Noble. “Dr. Fleet has constantly been there to listen to me rant, give me words of encouragement, and always showing love and support towards me and my career goals. Dr. Gaia has been a major influence on me and my career path decision. My courses with Dr. Gaia have been some of my favorites that I have taken and I will definitely miss her classes, encouraging smiles, and wise words of wisdom.”
After graduation, Noble plans to become an Applied Behavior Analyst and continue her education in Child Development.
