Jessica Denniston
Jessica Denniston holds a Masters of Education in Equestrian Education and is a graduate of Virginia Intermont College with a B.A. in Equine Studies and minor in Equine Assisted Growth and Learning.
Prior to joining the Emory & Henry faculty, Denniston coached collegiately in Georgia and worked for several dressage and hunter-equitation barns on the East Coast. Professional experience including barn management, young horse training, and extensive teaching along with work in the equine-assisted psychotherapy and equine-assisted learning fields.
Denniston is a certified equine specialist with Eagala as well as a certified HorsePowered Reading Facilitator. She also serves on the Eagala University Committee and has presented on topics related to higher education and equine-assisted therapy curriculum at the Global Conference.
