Ruth Ann Marotta

Visiting Assistant Professor of English English

Ruth Ann has a Master of Arts in Teaching English on Multiple Levels, a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is also certified to teach English as a Second Language

Ruth Ann enjoys helping students find their writing voice, share their passions, and pursue research that amplifies their gifts, curiosities, and goals.

When she is not teaching First-Year Writing or coordinating Writing Support at Emory & Henry, you might find her walking her dog, composing songs, or spending time to her amazing children.
