Spring 2025 Enrollment: New Student Move-In and Orientation

Welcome, new students! We are excited to meet you and show you how to succeed at Emory & Henry! Attending orientation will help you get connected to the E&H community.

  • Saturday, January 4, 2025—Sunday, January 12, 2025: Online Orientation
  • Saturday, January 11, 2025: Move-In Day
  • Saturday, January 11, 2025: Welcome to Emory & Henry and more programs

Fall 2025 Enrollment: New Student Move-In and Week of Welcome Orientation

August 9–12, 2025

During your Week of Welcome, you will get to know the E&H campus — and your future classmates — over four fun-filled, entertaining, and informative days. Total attendance is expected at Orientation sessions.

Summer Experience Days

One-Day Event

All incoming fall students join Emory & Henry for a Summer Experience Day program in May, June or July. You will meet an academic advisor, discuss the process of creating a class schedule, learn about essential campus services, and get to know other E&H students. In addition, we are offering an online program. Your Summer Experience Day begins with an opening ceremony and continues with various programming opportunities and meetings throughout the day. Select the date that works best for you.

  • Saturday, June 28, 2025 (In-Person)

What can you expect during Summer Experience Day?
